You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and account session keys.

2. User Content & Conduct Guidelines

All data, settings, and content uploaded on this portal are the sole responsibility of the author. By posting content or custom maps, you grant Nexus Maps a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to host, store, copy, display, modify, and format your content for the purposes of operating the platform.

You agree not to post or upload any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially/ethnically objectionable.

3. Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed upon by content posted on Nexus Maps, please contact our support team with a detailed takedown notice. We reserve the right to remove infringing content and terminate the accounts of repeat offenders.

6. Paid Features & Purchases

Nexus Maps offers paid subscription plans and custom telemetry capabilities.

• Transaction Processing: All transactions are securely processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store or process payment card details.
• Refund Policy: All subscription purchases and customization transactions are final and non-refundable.
• Suspension or Deletion: If your account is suspended, terminated, or deleted due to violations of our conduct guidelines, any active subscriptions or purchased settings will be lost and are not eligible for a refund.

7. Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the portal at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nexus Maps is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. In no event shall Nexus Maps or its parent entity, Nexus Suite, be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Nexus Maps shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon being posted on this page. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of any modifications constitutes your explicit acceptance of the revised Terms.
